Europe, 14th century CE. A beautiful, wide, silver ring decorated with selective gilt to give it a unique design. A ring of this size and material would have belonged to a member of the nobility, a wealthy landowner or member of the royal court, and was likely a family heirloom passed through the ages. Ring size is a US 8, weights 10 grams.
