This very beautiful Art Nouveau window is rendered in the style of the Scottish architect and craftsman Charles Rennie Mackintosh. It is the right wing of a window, which is fitted with brass hinges and a lock. The window frame is made from walnut. The facetted glass is filled with enamel plique jour, a typical Art Nouveau technique.
The window is in good condition, showing light wear. One piece of the brass mounting is missing, the glass, however, is tight. The overall dimensions are 86 x 35 cm. (cko)
