DESCRIPTION: Pair of antique Chelsea porcelain figurines. Features a Gypsy couple, wearing elaborate headdresses, bearing baskets as they sit along a tree garnished with blossoming flowers. The man has a dog seated by his side whereas the woman has a sheep by her side. Finished with scrolled rococo accents along the textured bases. The man is marked with a gold anchor mark, the woman, marked with a red anchor mark. Finished with gilded accents.
