Description
An Egyptian pale green faience ushabti, Late Period, c. 664 – 332 BC, mummiform, wearing tripartite wig with false beard, arms folded at chest and hands not visible, vertical plinth down back and vertical column of hieroglyphic text down the front of the legs. H: 4 1/8 in (10.5cm). Beautiful style, light surface deposits. Ex collection of Leslie Charles D'Oyly Harmer.
