Description
A miniature Roman cobalt blue glass vessel, c. 1st – 2nd Century BC, the squat body with flat bottom, the neck long and tubular with flared mouth and inward folded rim, single trailed handle at side. H: 1 3/5 in (4.1cm). Nicely preserved with light deposits. Nice color! Ex collection of influential art critic Clement Greenberg, New York.
