Description
Late Roman / Early Byzantine period, ca. 3rd century CE. A mold-made oil lamp, made of red sliped terracotta, with seven well-used wick holes for burning, a knob handle, and a raised and stylized palm branch motif across the surface with two concentric raised rings surround the fill hole, and raised circular base with small raised dot in center. Size: 4.5" L x 4" W x 1.75" H (11.4 cm x 10.2 cm x 4.4 cm)
