VIRGINIA SHERATON MAHOGANY DOLL POSTER BED, cut-out headboard and well-turned acorn-finial posts, raised on feet turned from the posts, pine secondary wood. Retains an old mellow surface. Probably Richmond/Petersburg area. Circa 1825. 14 3/4" H, 13" x 16 1/2".
Good condition, two old repairs to headboard, paint drip to one post.
