Very fine Chinese Zisha Tea pot, potted in a cylindrical straight form, with slightly domed lid and lotus bud finial, raised upon low footed ring base. Flanked with straight spout and looped handle with thumbpiece. The lid rim molded with arrays of lotus petals. Covered overall in reddish-brown underglaze. The lid fitted perfectly unto gallery mouth without any gap. Incised makers seal marks on reverse lid and underbase.
