Pre-Columbian, southern Peru, ca. 200 to 400 CE. Adorable smallish pottery cup with corseted body. Painted on the exterior in brown base with a series of repeating water birds in two registers and series of small dots above. A very handsome jar!! Size: 2.85" W x 2.625" H (7.2 cm x 6.7 cm)
