Description
Origin: India, 19th century.
Length – 23,4 cm.
Blade: straight Damascus steel double edged blade in shape of prolonged figural triangle, with central ridge and two wide short fullers.
Hilt: iron H shaped hilt, made in one piece with the blade, decorated with golden floral and geometric ornaments.
Scabbard: wooden scabbard covered with ornamented fabric, sewed on reverse.
Condition report: Blade in very good condition, just insignificant pitting from corrosion in places. Iron handle in very good condition, all golden decorations are present. Fabric of scabbard in good condition, with amount of wear according to age.
