Description
Two Land Grants for property in Idaho (both in 1906), presented by Theodore Roosevelt, signed by McKean (Secretary). One Land Grant for property in Washington (1898), presented by William McKinley, also signed by McKean. The two Idaho Land Grants are stamped in the lower left. The Washington Land Grant has a very sharp example of the Land office seal in bright vermilion in the lower left. All three are very nicely-preserved documents, 15-7/8 inches x 10 inches on stiff paper. The normal file folds are not bold. All handwriting and print is clear and clean. Provenance: Estate of Russell Johanson, Ravenna Rare Books, Seattle, WA. We ship most items in-house with the exception of furniture, large or heavy artwork, heavier items or extremely fragile items.
