Description

Eight handwritten letters signed by Alfred Tingle to his sister Lilian, written from Ho Pai, Tientsin China. Letters are dated from January to April 1909. Each are several pages, mostly written front and back. Paper is in very good condition, with very minor fold marks. Ink used in writing is very clear. Letters measure 8-1/2 inches x 11 inches. Provenance: Estate of Russell Johanson, Ravenna Rare Books, Seattle, WA. We ship most items in-house with the exception of furniture, large or heavy artwork, heavier items or extremely fragile items.
