Lot of corresponding Civil War letters and Documents relating to the capture and release of Union Civil War Soldier. The smallest letter contains the description of the soldiers capture at the Battle Of Bull Run. The second letter was sent to a family member of the POW informing them of the capture of Dan Mccurdy. It is signed by Captain C. Graham, of Company A of the New York State Militia. Note the New York State Militia (NYSM) is also known as the Eighty Second New York Infantry. Third is a document relating to the accounting of pay and clothing for the same soldier. Document in fair condition with losses, discoloration, and tears.
