This lot consists of a hand-drawn ink illustration on grid paper, hand signed "Picasso" at bottom right of composition. This image depicts the figure of a seated minotaur with inspiration and astounding simplicity. Done in the modern, post-impressionist style of Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881-1973), whose fluid line drawings and affinity for mythological creatures ultimately became an iconic part of his portfolio. This unframed piece measures approximately 6.5" x 9.5".
