Elvis Presley's Set of (11) 1962-1972 World Book Year Books From Hillcrest Dr. Beverly Hills Home W/LOA & Copy of Bill of Sale to Mike Moon - These (11) Year Books from The World Book encyclopedias belonged to Elvis Presley and were used in his Beverly Hills home at 1174 Hillcrest Road, in the Trusdale Estates. Elvis sold the estate along with most of it's contents in 1973 following his divorce from Priscilla, and the home and contents were purchased by Elayne Marks. Marks eventually held an auction with Don B. Smith at the Hollywood Palladium in 1980 where the contents of the home were sold. These books were purchased by collector Mike B. Moon, who purchased many items from the sale and later displayed and/or stored the items at his Elvis Presley museums for over 35 years. The books will come with a copy of the original bill of sale signed by Elayne Marks and Mike Moon dated December 18, 1981, along with a letter of authenticity from "EP Archives" of Las Vegas, Nevada, indicating that the offered piece was among the items purchased from the Mike Moon collection in 2018.
