(20th Century Fox, 2001) A large collection of (56) mouth shapes for the stop motion puppet of Monkeybone from the similarly titled animated/live action feature film starring Brendan Fraser. Each of these mouth shapes represents a different sound, so that the mouths could be swapped in and out of the Monkeybone puppet while he is talking. The mouths come in individual compartments within two large storage boxes, as used by the original animator. The lids of the boxes have printed sheets which describe the mouth shapes and sounds. Each mouth measures approximately 2.5"x3.5" and 3" deep, with some variance. The set is in very good condition overall, with some expected minor wear throughout the mouths. The storage boxes themselves have moderate wear from use.
