Description

This unique Tobacco antique , circa 1910-20's , coverlet, no backing, like summer quilt spread is fantastic. There are tobacco flags of many countries and symbols and some people. Hand appliqued antique tobacco silks of various patterns laid out in circular design and a center of 4 cigarette flannels. The 4 corners have a circular design with a single silk in the center. The size is 59 x 71 inches. The ground is a soft blue shade with some subtle fade on the fabric that doesn't take away from the appeal of this piece. There is a small occasional age/storage spotting and a handful of silks with splitting. The piece appears to be in good condition overall .
