This cotton 1910's/20's cheddar/sunny yellow and white quilt is hand embroidered and hand quilted, with wonderful animals, fruit, birds, and other figures. It measures 74" X 86" and is in excellent, never washed condition, with a couple of small, faint spots and no wear. There are straight line, braided, grid, and pinwheel designs quilted throughout at an even 7 stitches to the inch with faint pencil marks still visible in places. The back and hand stitched, rolled binding are white, and the batting is thin. You can see cotton seed residue inside when you hold the quilt up to the light.
