Late 18th c. English Porcelain Sweetmeat Set, set in an oval mahogany galleried tray with brass handles, with blue and white Chinoiserie transfer decoration, probably Bristol or Plymouth (as two pieces have an underglaze blue conjoined '21' mark), consisting of: (4) Lidded rounded edge serving bowls, two with underglaze blue painted marks to lid bases ('21' and 'X'), two are 3 1/2" high, 14" x 7" and two are 3 1/2" high, 13 1/4" x 8", one lid has multiple repaired breaks, one has a base corner repair, one has a lid corner repair, a few old edge flakes; and Tall lidded oval bowl with side handles, '21' mark on base, fitted with removable interior ice bowl, collar, divided condiment cup and four small serving cups, 7 3/4" high, 10" x 6 1/2", base interior firing cracks, underglaze rim flake to condiment cup; tray: 23" x 19", gallery cracks, small edge repair.
