20's/30's cotton pomegranate quilt, hand pieced, hand appliqued and hand quilted, with reverse applique elements and a swag border. The pattern is also known as "pumpkin blossom" and "the ladies' dream." It measures 82" X 84" and is in excellent condition, with a couple of small, faint spots (most visible on the back) and no wear. There is quilting around the applique and in a pattern that mimics the applique throughout, all at an even 7 stitches to the inch. The back is a white print and the batting is thin.
