ENGLISH STAFFORDSHIRE TRANSFER-PRINTED "PALESTINE" CERAMIC COFFEE POTS WITH COVERS, LOT OF TWO, each of baluster form with domed covers, having purple/mulberry transfer featuring a man standing in a horse-drawn chariot with figures in an Arabian-style tent/gazebo to right with additional exotic scenes to border and cover. Printed marks include "18" and "15". William Adams IV & Sons, Stoke-on-Trent, England. Second quarter 19th century. 10 3/4" to 11 7/8" HOA.
Large example having excellent visual condition with professional restoration to spout and interior gallery with some paint touch-ups to rim; smaller example having some minor chips to interior gallery with flake to neck.
