An elegant silver salt shaker with enamels, made by the silversmith Nikolai Nikolayevich Zverev. Russia. Moscow. 1899-1914 The item is decorated with an enamel floral pattern on a gold background. The decoration belt consisting of blue and white rhombuses emphasize the background of the filigree ornament decorated with the image of lilies and other flowers. Dimensions : Diameter - 6.0 cm, Height 4.0 cm. Weight: 47 g. Hallmarks: Name of the master " NZ " - Zverev Nikolay Nikolaevich - a silversmith and owner of a workshop (factory), known in the 1899-1914s. According to information from 1905, he had 20 workers. Address: Minyaevsky prospect, 1. The masters works are presented in the collection of the State Historical Museum of the Moscow District Assay Office of 1896-1908, which shows: the figure "84", certifying the sample of silver; "a womans head in a kokoshnik", turned to the left - a sign state certificate; "IL" - the initials of the district manager Ivan Lebedkin, appointed since 1899.
