A History of Thomas Canfield and of Matthew Camfield with a Genealogy of Their Descendants in New Jersey. Scarce first edition in excellent, sound condition. Compiled and published by Frederick Canfield, 1897 (first edition). Rubbing to tips and spine ends; small spot on front cover. Gilt titling on cover still vivid. Three-inch tear at bottom of front hinge but hinge is pretty firm. Rear hinge lightly cracked.hinge still feels tight. An attractive, hard-to-find original ancestry book. 200 pages and 28 genealogical charts.. 7.25 x 10.25.
