Item received did not match the listing
I purchased a Pok é mon Mega Collector’s Kit from Pullexa, LLC for $140. The listing described and pictured a factory-sealed retail kit containing five sealed packs — specifically three Mystery Blisters and two Trick or Trade packs — along with cards and a mini binder. What I received was materially different. The contents were loose rather than in the pictured factory-sealed kit, and all five packs were three-card Trick or Trade packs. None of the three advertised Mystery Blisters were included. The sealed condition and specific pack assortment were important parts of the listing and influenced my decision to bid. Replacing the advertised Mystery Blisters with additional three-card Trick or Trade packs substantially changed the contents and value of the purchase. Based on my experience, buyers should carefully document Pullexa listings and compare the delivered contents immediately upon receipt. I have filed a dispute and requested a full refund because the item was not as described.
