Expensive shipping
Somewhat pleased with item, but shipping quite expensive (in house)-about 3 x what I have similar size items shipped and from father away, (I in same state. I was able to get alternate shipper for considerably less. Not far enough way that I cannot pick up but still quite a chore.

Helpful and friendly staff
This was my first time buying at auction and they were very helpful walking me through the process. I needed the lot to be shipped and the packing of the fragile jars-all 18 of them-was extremely professional and the dispatch timely. Not only that, the shipping charge was reasonable. I would be happy to buy again from them.

It did take a little time to go through the shipping process but it did save some money to use my own shipping account. Leah responded quickly and professionally to my messages. The item was just what I expected. Overall an excellent buying experience.
