I had a great experience with the Wright Auction house. The only thing I was not aware of was they charge sales tax in addition to the buyers premium. On my purchase it was $75.00, but on a more valuable item the costs would really start to add up. I will definitely take this into consideration before bidding again.

Briefing describe condition issues to minimalize extent of folds in print. Did not send photos to show damage when condition report requested. Photos were not individual images of the three prints.

No. We bought a piece of expensive pot, it only showed, one side, the best side, when we got it, the other side was not good at all. we were upset, if we known the other side was bad, we would have not bid on the piece.

Auction house misrepresented the condition of the items I purchased. They have blamed the shipper for the damage, but an expert concluded that spots on the photographs could not have been caused during shipping. Auction house was not very responsive to my initial questions about this damage. I had to repeatedly call until I reached an expert in photography.
