BILLINGS

FOUNDED BY LORCA COHEN AND GREG WOOTEN OF THE WINDOW, JOSHUA KRITZER OF REWIRE GALLERY, AND RICH CARMICHAEL, BILLINGS IS A DESIGN COMMUNITY-INSPIRED VENTURE THAT PRESENTS AUCTIONS OF MODERN ART & DESIGN.
BILLINGS live in-house auctions of modern art & design are held at our brick-and-mortar space, located at 2124 Sacramento Street, in the heart of the Arts District in downtown Los Angeles. Created to provide an accessible platform for the acquisition of quality modern design, furniture, art, decorative objects and accessories, BILLINGS was initiated to fill a void in the Los Angeles design market through a decided absence of curated channels for the acquisition of exceptional historical and contemporary items.
Our quarterly auctions offer 400+ lots of modern design featuring pieces from the pedigreed to the anonymous, the classic to the unusual and the rare and note-worthy. Representing a wide range of American and international art and design, our catalog is often heavily weighted in mid-century modern selections with offerings from the 1960s through the early 2000s.
BILLINGS' in-house live auctions are open to the public. Those unable to attend the live auctions can bid online by registering through our page on LiveAuctioneers. Once registered, bidders can watch the auction online through our live platform feed and bid remotely via smartphone, tablet or computer.

Best in the West
Billings simply gets in right-every time. Unpretentious and top notch sourced material. Just following let alone participating in their auctions I’ve learned so much about California design and beyond.
