Perfectly perfect
I absolutely love what I got from this auction house. I was highly impressed with the level of care they gave to packing this delicate antique so that it would arrive to me in fantastic condition. It was by far, the best packing I've ever seen in the thousands of antiques I've had shipped. Lion and Unicorn was fast to reply to a message I sent to them. I absolutely would recommend them if you're in search of nice antiques!

my mother's Hummel collection is for ever expanding. GREAT ADDITIONS.
I gave my daughters my mom's collection over 25 years ago when she passed away-and they squandered it. I was so pissed off when the 3 of them collectively did that, that I haven spoken to them since. perhaps they'll grow up-but I doubt it-they are all over 50 now and just as stupid as ever. CHILDREN-Bah Humbug! When I received the shipping container today-boy was I surprised-the UPS store actually used tissue paper to individually wrap each ceramic piece-Bravo to them-any more one usually gets popcorn or bubble wrap.

Nice Item as Usual
As usual, L & U comes up with some great Royal Doulton items. The price for this item was very fair, the packing was beyond excellent and the sipping time was a bit sluggish. I just wish they would stop putting Styrofoam peanuts with the shipping.... they are not recyclable by me and it just goes into a landfill. I also think they are slipping a bit on customer service. I sent them a private message regarding my last purchase (dated May 8th). My mug came with a chip on the front. It was not in the description, nor was it visible in the picture. This happened somewhere after the auction was over and once it was shipped. Shocked that L & U had no response to this issue. Overall, my satisfaction level is a 8 out of 10, they seem to be lacking in communication and customer service as of late. Disappointing.
