NETTE does a consistently fantastic job!

The shipping costs seem VERY high for a few pieces of plastic.

I bid on an item, it indicated that I had won and then the auctioneer reopened to the floor and sold the item in house. I contacted your customer service people who also agreed that I had won the auction. I sent the transcript of the auction to NETTE and they have never responded. There is nothing you or I can do about it, I can't stop doing business with them as they offer quality merchandise and that is my business. But I do not speak highly of them and do not recommend them to others. It's a shoddy way to run a business. Sold means sold.

Paid 2weeks ago no sign of them shipping pucases

I wish a tracking number would have been sent so that I knew when to expect my items.

When shipment arrived the inner and outer carton was full with stink bugs when I opened the package I had bugs let loose into my home I have been a tca member for many years and have purchased from many train auctions and have never had a bug problem. I will definitely think twice about this auction house before I purchase again.

The shipping cost is criminal. Doubt, I will do business with them again.

Charging $35 for shipping on a 3lb box. It was only going to the east coast. That's ridiculous, if you want to make money raise you're premium, don't gouge people on the shipping charges.

Just another run-of-the-mill OUTSTANDING auction house!!!! Very conservative in their descriptions of lots offered. A trusted source of figures which interest me.

All of these Auction Houses are getting Greedy with Charging to much for shipping. this package should have cost $9.50 to ship to me plus there $5.00 packing fee. They pay nothing for these boxes and were going to originally charge 29.50 to ship until I called and they adjust ed the fee a little but still over charged. What is the buyers premium for if they are going to ADD a packing fee on top of that. Ridiculous!! Bad thing < <,, This is one of the better Auction Houses, Some of the others are worse. The packing fee should be included in the buyers premium.

Took many calls to get shipping costs and took too long to ship. They are a train wreck of an auction that is so disorganized I will only bid through you so I can cut out some of their issues.

Shipping is crazy expensive-far in excess of time, materials and shipping cost. I wish they could work to lower the costs. Also, on-line check would make payments easier.

Yes, I received a product that didn't work. The engine would not run forward (still doesn't) and had no headlight. I am pretty adept a fixing postwar Lionel trains so I didn't return the item but I did write an email to the auctioneer (the only address I could find relating to correspondence concerning the process) & heard nothing in return.

NETTE is consistently the easiest house I buy from with very high quality products

Nette makes comments on the trains in each lot, however, they do not attempt grading an item ex: C-7, C-8 etc. It would be more helpful as a buyer if they made some comment on the condition because the photos do not show every angle of the piece for sale, thus, lower bids. In my opinion of coarse... Now I do not want to pay more for an item like the next guy, but if grading was mentioned I actually would spend more because I know the item was looked over well.
