Great customer service
I won a beautiful Victoria bangle and I contacted the auction for shipping options. They were extremely helpful and very nice. They shipped my bangle for a very reasonable price and it got to me in perfect shape. If there was more than 5 stars they would be the ones deserving it.

Martin Basilio made the transaction a PLEASURE!!! He was patient and kind, he answered all of my many questions honestly, provided excellent photos, and was friendly and helpful at all times. The ring turned out to be even MORE beautiful in person! Every aspect of the transaction was perfect-if I had the money, I would buy things from Intervendue every day of the year!!! Great experience with Intervendue
They were very responsive when I asked for extra videos/photos of the items. Communicating with Martin is very easy and he is prompt in giving response. On request they did arrange shipping for me. Item arrived as expected and with no delay in delivery. Love their curation

accurate description and good communication
I was pleased with all the things that matter most... accuracy of the listing, prompt communication, etc. Note the terms of the auction, they're more of jewelry store than an auction house, so they set higher reserves AND higher auction commissions. So long as you know that when bidding, be assured they were easy to work with.
