Excellent Shipping
I won some VERY fragile items (over 65 pieces) and am impressed with how good the packing job was to ensure the items did not break. Every piece arrived intact! I also appreciated the shipping notifications to ensure when to expect my goods. Thank you!

A beautiful, well described Minton Majolica Dish!!
I purchased one of the Majolica pieces that was listed and couldn't be more pleased with the whole transaction... The item was as described and showed enough pictures from all angles.. This was the first time using LiveAuctioneers shipping method, was nervous since the price was so reasonable and could not have been happier.. Great communication as well with the shipping comapny they used, received email messages when the item was picked up which was certainly quick and received my purchase eight days after winning my bid which is a BIG PLUS!! Packaging was absolutely perfect in every way.. Thank you to Schultz Auctioneers in using LiveAuctioneers for a shipping method choice.. So many online auctions shipping fees have been ridiculous high it seems and giving this option makes me gladly return and bid again with your Auction House... regards...

AVOID BIDDING AT SCHULTZ/Not honest in condition inquiries
I wrote to Schultz on each of the lots inquiring for condition reports prior to auction date. I thought I could bid with confidence after their correspondence, after spending nearly $2900.00 with their 25 % BUYERS PREMIUM half of the perfume bottles I received were unusable, mismatched fittings, not complete, lacking inner suction tubes/damaged tubes, one with a crack, none of this was disclosed in my inquiries. Some were damaged and again not disclosed of which I sent photos documenting such, all the correspondences are recorded on Live Auctioneers. In addition I was asked to text a photo to the owner of a damages, which I did and also was told I had to speak only to him, which that I did and was told I should have asked for more detail condition reports. In regards to the shipping experience I was charged $75.00 for packaging on small perfume bottles, I purchased the label and emailed it to them so this $75.00 cost was justified by Schultz as packing time and material. I wanted to return the inaccurately described and unusable perfume bottles however I was told that I could not and was given a $50 discount on two of the misrepresented lots. Now I am stuck with a $3000 investment of half of my purchases being junk perfume bottles. The best part of my experience was the book lot that I purchased for $125.00. I would be very careful if you really want something at this auction house, or best to avoid bidding here. Find a reputable auction house which there are a few out there.

Hi Cheryl, We are sorry you are not happy with your purchase. These were mostly 1920s perfume bottles (100 years old) and were in good condition considering their age. We have been responsive to your questions and concerns and did our best to work with you on this. We provided condition reports to the best of our knowledge but in no way did we say these were brand new, usable bottles. We have issued you 2 refunds as we discussed over the phone with you. In regard to the packing fee – we would think $75 for packing very fragile items, 11 lots – 45 pieces of glass PLUS a box of books is fair.

Excellent Consistent Auction House!
Items are very accurately described. I appreciate that in-house shipping is offered at a fair cost. Careful packing for fragile items. It would be nice if all auction firms offered this service as Schultz does. Live Auctioneers 3rd party 'vetted' shippers are outrageously expensive. Firms like Schultz Auctions build loyalty by truly being full service.

Large Volume Auction House exceeds expectations!
