One of the items I bought in a recent auction from Schultz was a doll with a broken head. The head's broken pieces were packed with such care! At first I thought the shipping was a little high, when I saw how carefully everything was packed, the shipping was a bargain! This was my best auction experience ever!

The item was well packaged and the shipping charges were reasonable. There was initially some confusion about the cost, but this was cleared up promptly with great curtesy. The article was as described or shown in the photos. I simply love the piece.

Its odd, after attending lots of auctions, frankly, Ive found that a good % of auctioneers leave me feeling like something that stuck to their shoe. I was a top salesperson for 33 years. Ive found auctioneering to be a unique business with a lot of folks who seem to think that way to grow a business is by aliennating your current customers then repeating that behavior with next set of bidders. Its befuddling. Schultz is real deal. These guys know how to run a business and I bet their sellers/consigners are just as happy as their bidders. I dig these guys. They represent their products perfectly and Ive been super happy with my auction winnings.

Descriptions of items were right on. The Auction House was timely in answering my pre auction questions. Payment and shipping very smooth. In fact their packing was the best I’ve seen with attention to detail. The most amazing experience was a month after tha auction when the auctioneer contacted me. The item I bought was advertised and sold as missing a piece. I bought it knowing that, but the auctioneer found a piece in the auction house and thought it could go to my piece. He called me. He sent me the missing piece. He even paid the shipping. I was ecstatic to receive the tiny arm piece and have a totally intact piece of art. That’s truly going above and beyond to deliver excellent service with this attention to detail. I highly recommend this auctioneer.
