Very disappointed with the packing or should I say the lack of packing that they did! They placed Very FRAGILE OLD SUEDE bound books, loose, unwrapped in a large black plastic garbage bag inside of a too large box! The 1st time that box got tipped upside down or rolled the books did NOT stay where they were when placed into the box as covers were bent and pages separated from the rest of the book in several cases. I have bought books like these for far less money on eBay and every book was usually bubble wrapped or cling wrap film covered or in a bubble mailer with cardboard stiffening to protect the bindings. But your shipping did none of that. AND charged a $30 packing fee also! They were curious on the phone but their lack of care speaks volumes. Would they ship a Tiffany Vase or lamp shade the same way, and yet these books were just as fragile!

Excellent lot, well described. Very pleased with the actual bidding and how the auction was handled. The ONLY thing we would have liked is maybe another photo or two. The one photo was VERY well focused though so we could read everything except one tag (that was not well marked to begin with).

The small hooked mat that I purchased came folded up and wrapped in Seran wrap. The mat inside was hot and moist. This auction house should know that you never ship a textile in Seran wrap. The auction house also charged me $18 shipping (for the small hooked mat), and it likely cost them less than $10 to mail. I will not be buying from this auction house again.

The items I purchased were well described, although some of the pieces (a desk calendar) had some of the pages missing. The in-house packing was careful but the shipping cost was way over-priced. It cost me $40 to have them ship me 4 non-breakable (metal) desk items in one small box via USPS. Schultz was unable to give me an accurate shipping cost estimate prior to the auction so the buyer is held a bit hostage by their charges, in addition to the high buyer's premium.

Excellent service

Customer service staff is very helpful. Because I was transitioning to my summer home, I asked that shipment of my lot be delayed a couple weeks. No issues. Was contacted two weeks later to approve shipment to my summer address. Shipment received a few days later in fine condition. Very easy auction house to deal with.

The picture did not show that half of the ammo in the order were two different kinds of reloads and no reloads were shown in the picture. When I called to ask about it I was told it was sold as is. I would never buy this type of ammo because it was not what was shown in the picture. Yes I did buy as is, but it was not what it was suppose to be.

I cannot say how impressed I was and how quickly I received my auction and how extremely well packed it was. It was worth every penny in shipping. I hope to do business with them again
