Easy to work with
Customer service staff is very helpful. Because I was transitioning to my summer home, I asked that shipment of my lot be delayed a couple weeks. No issues. Was contacted two weeks later to approve shipment to my summer address. Shipment received a few days later in fine condition. Very easy auction house to deal with.

Be carefull
The picture did not show that half of the ammo in the order were two different kinds of reloads and no reloads were shown in the picture. When I called to ask about it I was told it was sold as is. I would never buy this type of ammo because it was not what was shown in the picture. Yes I did buy as is, but it was not what it was suppose to be.

Fragile item shipping masters!!!
I can express my pleasure with how well my delicate items were packed. I have had multiple, horrifying shipping experiences where one of a kind items were lost from the world due to extreme negligence. Thank you for taking a little bit of extra time necessary. It makes the online auction buying experience what it should be. Please give your Packers and shippers a giant raise!

Buyers and consignors are well served.
Honest and fair. I've attended in person for many years and there is no question that both buyers and sellers are served well by this house. The staff is friendly and helpful in all respects. Well advertised auctions and internet capabilities are good for sellers and alert buyers allowing them to take time to research and bid in person, absentee (left bid), phone, or internet.
