Flying Pig Auctions is pleased and proud to present PHASE II of the South Shore, Massachusetts Estate of Matthew Joseph King in our next online auction. Completing this task continues to occupy many months of organizing and cataloguing the massive, wonderful & diverse collection of Important Antiques that will be offered to the Antique buying public in several phases. PHASE II will take place over the course of THREE days: beginning Sunday May 31st at 11am, Monday June 1st and Tuesday June 2nd at 4pm. With Phase I we just began to scratch the surface, and PHASE II promises to be just as great if not, better! There just aren't enough adjectives to describe the enormity and significance of this lifetime collection. Categories include Wonderful Furniture that spans many centuries incl very early carved bible boxes, chests, tables, chairs & more; Fine Art incl miniatures, portraits, signed & unsigned artwork plus great frames; Wonderful GLASS incl early bottles, etc; Fantastic Stoneware, Redware & other pottery; Nice collection of Delft; Plus many other categories incl Treen; Lighting; Signs; Weathervanes; Early Boxes, Buckets & Pantry Boxes; Tons of early iron and way too much more to list!
