RoGallery made everything easy. You can preview all of the lots, tag each item that you like and join the auction at any point. Easy to see how many lots away our items are. Registering to bid is painless. Bidding is easy-maybe too easy. After the auction, you can choose whether you'd like RoGallery to ship your items to you-pick up or arrange shipping yourself. Shipping is a bit pricey, especially if you are buying framed artwork. Prior to purchase you can be a quote on shipping, which is good to have in mind when you are deciding on your top bid amount. I purdchased 5 beautiful pieces-originals and signed prints. I can't wait to get them framed.

RoGallery framed my piece and shipped it to me via UPS, a request by me. UPS in the most reliable delivery source in this area. RoGallery did a nice job with the framing. Some day I hope RoGallery offers the framing choices on their website; although Sadie described to me the framing choices and archival techniques they use. And RoGallery was quick with completing the framing and sending via UPS. Professional packing of framed artwork made opening the package very easy.
