This is my second excellent experience with Grumpy's Auction. Their photos are high quality, descriptions are accurate, payment is easy, and shipping is reasonable, and prompt.

Grumpy's Auction seemed to have good prices. But when I received the sterling silver napkin rings, I took them to a jeweler who confirmed that they were not sterling. They took a long time to ship the items to me. But worst of all, they filed a dispute on me for non-payment after I had already paid.

Hi,???? Don't really know what happened to my auction items that I was looking forward to receiving. Thought that I had won. But now no items but showing a return of funds. Can you explain. Thanks.

It is always appreciated when an auction house handles cost effective shipping internally and manages the process for bidders. Item was shipped quickly with now hassles at a economic price.

Would never participate again. I received invoices for the outbid items and an item for which I paid $450 was never sent to me. I wish you would go to hell.

You should indicate a handling charge on the invoice. I was charged 10.00 shipping but it was shipped flat rate small??

I have been trying to contact this auctioneers since December 20th. I have sent multiple emails and called more than 4 times only to get a voice message. Finally received and email stating they would contact me but I have yet to be contacted. I won large items that need to be freight shipped and need to get pickup information.

They are awesome!!!! I had fun at auction and they were pleasant and helpful on everything else would highly recommend them. grumpys is a great place to buy lots of bargains and unusual items definitely worth your time to at least follow them ya might find some goodies.
