Buyer Beware!
I purchased 2 "designer" handbags from this Seller and they both turned out to be fakes. Also, beware of a shady bidding process with this Seller. I bid on a few handbags in their auction and once I was outbid on those items, I bid on different handbags instead. Imagine my surprise the next day when I logged back in to see whether I won the last few items I had bid on and I discovered that I had "won" ALL of the items I had bid on-even the ones I had been "outbid" on the night before! The bids that were higher than mine were somehow "retracted" at some point during the night, leaving me as the winning bidder on even those items I had watched myself get outbid on the night before. The Seller did remove those items from my final invoice once I protested, but those items should never have been put on my invoice to begin with. You also can't pay through the LiveAuctioneers platform, which reduces your fraud protection. The 2 handbags I received were crammed together in a box that was a bit too small, causing one to be misshapen upon arrival.

the bigest scam H Auction and the Oliver the general manager
I am writing to escalate my dispute regarding my recent purchase throughLiveAuctioneers.com: Item: A large plum vase with red glaze and carved cloud and dragon patterns from the Yuan Dynasty Final Bid Amount: $650 The item I received is not the same as advertised in the listing. It differs in color and quality, and it is clearly not a Yuan Dynasty vase as described. This constitutes material misrepresentation, which is a direct violation of both LiveAuctioneers ’ buyer protection policies and applicable consumer protection laws. I have already shipped the incorrect item back and notified you of the issue. As the product delivered is substantially different from what was advertised, I am formally requesting a full refund of $950. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to: File a formal dispute with my payment provider. Report the incident to LiveAuctioneers and relevant consumer protection agencies for review.
