1. All Invoices over the amount of 500.00 will be required to be settled via bank transfer only.

2. We no longer accept payments over the phone, a payment link will be sent to you upon the auction closure for any lots under £500.00

3.Payment is requested to be paid within 72hrs of the auction closure. a daily reminder will be sent.

4.Storage fees apply after 72hrs. Please note any unpaid invoices will be subject to debt recovery process after seven days.

5.All lots are sold as seen, please observe the terms and conditions that are agreed to, prior to placing bids. We do not under any circumstances accept claims based on buyers remorse-post sale. Terms and conditions for more details.

6.Collection is from our secure Kent storage facility, this is by appointment only and is strictly on a first come first serve basis.

7. 25 % commission is applicable to all invoices.

8.Buy It Now-How does it work?- simply email a written offer detailing the lot number and bid- this will be forwarded to vendor and if accepted the lot is removed from sale and normal invoicing and packaging costs are sent to buyer-normal auction terms & condition still apply. for all info just email charles@jamesauctioneers.co.uk
