BUYERS PREMIUM:
There is zero buyers premium on the lots in our auction. You will only pay the hammer price, plus any shipping amount. (if you intend to collect, please notify us when you receive your invoice.)
TAXES:
There will be no sales or other tax to pay.
OUR DESCRIPTIONS:
We guarantee the authenticity of our lot descriptions. All items are reviewed by our in-house antiques experts. Condition reports are accurate and give full disclosure on any defects and/or restorations.
PAYMENT:
At the end of the auction, successful bidders will be sent an invoice via email, with a link to our stripe online payment form. If you wish to use PayPal, or bank transfer, please indicate after you receive this invoice.
The invoice will include a shipping charge, indicated on each individual lot description. If you wish to collect, or use a different shipper, please let us know, once you receive the invoice.
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal. Payment is in $USD.
SHIPPING:
We offer an in-house packing and shipping service. Please see individual lot descriptions for our charges. We pack carefully and use Fedex Ground for shipment. Items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. You should receive your purchases within 3-7 days from payment. But, please allow some flexibility when we have many items to ship.
If you prefer to use another local packing/shipping service, a list of local suppliers can be found below.
RETURNS:
We are honest and fair people. If you wish to return your purchase, please let us know and we'll review each situation individually. Please bear in mind that shipping costs cannot be retrieved.
