Treasures For you shall not be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, sustainability of, or defect in any lot. Bitter inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, the bitter signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Treasures For You reserves the right to reject any bid or bitter at its discretion. If in the event of a discrepancy, technical glitch, or any other circumstance, the auctioneers decision as to who is the winning bidder is final. Treasures For You Shall not be held responsible for missed bids, Internet, outages, glitches, operator, error, or anything else that might cause a bidder (Internet, absentee, or live bidding) To lose an item at auction. Treasures For You Reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Some items may have reserves, and, as such, the auctioneer has the right to bid on the sellers behalf. Buyers premium is 25% with a 3% administrative fee when paying by credit card, live payments, or domestically by PayPal (International Paypal is a 4.5% administrative fee). It is ultimately the bidders responsibility to handle all shipping arrangements. Any items that have not been shipped out, picked up, or removed within two weeks, may be resold or discarded, even if they?ve been paid for. Treasures For You is not responsible for any losses or damage once the items have left the premises. Sales tax on top of the hammer price and the buyers premium may apply. If you have a dealers resale certificate, please register your resale number with live auctioneers. Any purchases not paid for within seven days, may be voided and resold at the discretion of the auctioneer.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Treasures For You to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
Sales Tax
