The auctioneer (World Auction Gallery), at its discretion, reserves the right to refuse participation in this auction by any bidder, whether on premises, participating online, by telephone, or through absentee bid. World Auction Gallery reserves the right not to accept bids via internet bidding for lots of high value. If you intend to bid on high value lots, please contact World Auction Gallery. Please note: registrations may not be approved during the course of the sale. NOTE: If your status in "pending", you have not been approved to bid. Please contact the auction house at least 24 hours before the auction. Payment is required within 5 business days after the auction and can be made online, via wire transfer, check, cash, or credit card. Make all checks payable to World Auction Gallery. Please Note- Credit card will NOT be accepted over the phone for any type of jewelry unless you are known to us. A $25 fee will be required if paying via wire transfer. We do NOT handle packing or shipping in-house. Bidder is liable for shipping costs. Due to space restrictions, all items not picked up within 30 days of the auction that they were purchased in will be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements were made. We reserve the right to dispose of or resell any abandoned items without prior notice. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. Pick-up is between the hours of 10:30am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday. If you are picking up, please let us know 1-2 business days prior so we may prepare your items for you. You are responsible for bringing packing materials/boxes as we do not provide them. Buyer's premium: 30% of the hammer price. Condition Statement: It is the buyer's responsibility to be knowledgeable about the condition of the property before bidding. This is a live auction, and the buyer is advised to inspect the items in person during the week prior to the auction. Previewing will not be allowed during the auction. As a courtesy, World Auction Gallery makes condition reports available prior to the auction if requested. All lots are sold "AS IS". No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally at the auction or at any other time, or in writing in this catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an express or implied warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. Any such warranty is WAIVED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note that the absence of a condition report does not imply that there are no condition issues with the lot. Please contact us for detailed condition a report prior to the auction.

If you have not contacted World Auction Gallery LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
