By bidding on any lot offered by the Seller, the bidder indicates acceptance of these Terms.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Lots are sold "as is" without any warranty as to condition, authenticity, provenance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Descriptions, photographs and condition reports are for guidance only and do not constitute representations or warranties. Title and risk of loss passes upon payment. The liability of the Seller in respect of each lot shall be limited to the purchase price of the lot.

Buyers' Premium and Charges
For all sales categories: A premium of 25% of the hammer price shall be payable by the buyer. Online payment fees also apply.

Autopay
If you have not contacted Rafael Cardenas to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
