By registering for and participating in this auction, bidders agree to all Terms & Conditions set forth by Anne & Anna Estate Services and LiveAuctioneers.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. No guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied regarding condition, authenticity, grading, provenance, or fitness for a particular purpose. All sales are final.
This auction is SHIPPING ONLY. No local pickup option will be available.
All payments must be processed directly through LiveAuctioneers. We do not accept alternate forms of payment including cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or other direct payment methods. To bid in this auction, bidders must maintain a valid payment method on file with LiveAuctioneers.
Shipping is available through the LiveAuctioneers Shipping Program, USPS Certified or Registered Mail for qualifying items, or by buyer-provided prepaid UPS shipping labels. Once an item has been transferred to the custody of LiveAuctioneers shipping partner or other carrier, Anne & Anna Estate Services is no longer responsible for shipping delays, damages, lost packages, or delivery-related issues.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling costs.
Payment and shipping arrangements must be completed within seven (7) calendar days of the auction close. Any items not paid for or without completed shipping arrangements within that timeframe will be deemed abandoned and forfeited without refund.
An 20 % buyer?s premium will be added to the final hammer price of each lot.

Autopay
If you have not contacted Anne And Anna’s Estate Services to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
