All lots are sold as is, where is, with all faults. Each description states the weight in grams, the measurements and the marks struck on the piece. Where a piece carries no legible standard mark it is described as white metal and no standard is claimed; where it is described as sterling or with a stated standard, that standard is struck on the piece. Silver plate is identified as such. Condition reports and additional photographs are available on request before bidding; they are statements of opinion and not statements of fact, and do not alter the as-is nature of the sale. A buyer's premium of 20% is added to the hammer price of every lot. Bidding constitutes acceptance of these terms. Title passes to the buyer on receipt of payment in full.
