Original Ferrari technical standards document dated 19 April 1966, issued by the Ferrari Ufficio Tecnico (Technical Office) and titled “Rugosità delle Superfici – Indicazioni a Disegno” (Surface Roughness – Drawing Indications). This four page internal factory document explains the standards used by Ferrari engineers to specify and measure surface roughness on technical drawings and machined components. Such documents were used throughout the Maranello factory to ensure consistent machining quality across engine, gearbox, and mechanical parts.
