Entire Letter from Lynn to London, posted unpaid and charged 2d.Ê Most extraordinarily this letter was handstamped "PACKET LETTER" (Robertson P4) upon arrival in London.Ê This error was noticed and cancelled by the London numeral "5" in diamond and horiozntal oval of bars.Ê Only the second example of an inland letter, which never travelled by sea, receiving a ship or packet letter handstamp in error, that we have recorded.
