Title: Sudan/Belgian Congo - The Lado Enclave 1907 Description: Picture Post Card to Germany with a message written from Dungu, in the Uele Province, with a 15c Belgian Congo stamp cancelled in red manuscript at Lado.  It was then carried on the monthly mailboat, cancelled with White Nile Travelling Post c.d.s. and further cancelled in Khartoum by the retta dotted handstamp.  An uncommon item.
