Belgian Congo 10c postal stationery Post Card written at Dungu on 12 April and forwarded to Lugano via Lado, where the card was cancelled with the manuscript "Lado le 30-4-05" and signed in black ink.  In Khartoum the card was cancelled by the 306 dot retta and c.d.s. of 16th May; Lugano arrival c.d.s. of 29 May.  The card is endorsed "via Khartum-Caire" and written by "Rob. Seitz, agent a l'Etat independent du Congo, Dungu, Uele".
