The Blushing Phantom belongs to the Nymphalidae family of butterflies. This stunning species is also known as the Pink tipped Clearwing Satyr. The butterfly is found only in deeply shaded areas of rainforests. The adults are almost always encountered singly.
Its wingspan reaches 4 - 5 centimetres (1.5 - 1.9 in).
